Formal Design

The landscape could include ground coverings and cut out trees and bushes.

We have built a beautiful formal water feature of natural stone with bluestone caps.
The water falls over bluestone a drops a bour tree feet into a pond. However, the water does not uniformly sheet over the bluestone.
It is coming through a slotted PVC ppe.
Any suggestions?
