Waterfall Lighting
Consider following simple rules and nuances maybe useful for waterfalls and decorative ponds design:
1. Do not use light sources with large cases which may be visible at day light. Select small cases and hide their with stones and plants;
2.
If you use submersible lightings, be convinced what water is transparent, because green or muddy water will be excessive shows it by underlined light;
3. Direct light aside from the basic survey place, so it did not get to spectators eyes;
4.
Around a pond with a reflecting smooth surface, illuminate artificial stone from opposite sides from spectators;
5.
Avoid an abundance of color reflecting plates. White or yellow color is perfectly combined with water.
The water stream in a decorative fountain or a waterfall among stones can “dance” like a flame in rays of a yellow lighting lamp;
6. That it is better to accentuate shades and a texture on a smooth surface such as objects as artificial stones, highlight them from edgeways and under a small angle.
