Cascade Designs – How to Make Waterfalls look natural

When you look at waterfall designs, there are those who are absolutely wonderful and those who simply do not really do it.

So how do you create a spectacular?
The key is to make it look as natural looking as possible. Observing that exist in nature allows you to see how they are created in the home landscape should look like.
Although you will see some water features where water flows gently over rocks, many shots very dramatic waterfalls.

A waterfall spillways are often created by a large flat stone, which is built over the small round stones. Photo of a step with an overhang.

The higher the flat stone from the level below it, the top of the waterfall.
These flat stones can be pieces of blue stone.

They can also be thick slabs Field Stone.

There is no reason why you can not mix like this can happen in our natural environment as well.

Another aspect of the waterfalls in nature are usually more of a landfill.
The pages of these cases are often made of stones of various sizes.

The bigger they are mixed with medium, small and even rocks the size of the rocks.
The plants are usually included in the designs of the cascade. In the forest, soil deposits in and around the falls were created bags of seeds of plants present. Plants that are adapted to the specific conditions in the area will grow well.

If the waterfall is located in a wet and gloomy, it is possible to find plants ferns.

If the area happens to be sunny, the plants love the sun will survive. Plants that are indigenous to the area will become part of the landscape as it is where they grow best.
All these ideas can be used for different types of waterfalls. One thing that is a good thing to remember is that all Cascade designs look better when it seems that the water comes down from higher elevation.

You do not want an artificial hill sits t This applies whether you are creating a waterfall pool, pond or stream.
If you are lucky enough to have the property that descends to the area will see the waterfall, you will have the best type of water source.

Sometimes you can adjust your view to take advantage of this. For example, if the ground slopes toward your house, you can clearly see the waterfall of your house.

But if your land slopes to the back yard, this is not true. In this case, you might want to add a special lounge where you can see the waterfall.
There are many stone types and colors.

Some are Stone Field, located in the forest. Others come from the mines. I mentioned that mixing different types of flat stones.

A mixture of stone types and colors that can be done, but most should be similar.

If you think of the mountains and geology, similar rocks to accumulate in certain areas. Sizes, however, definitely should be mixed.
These are things you can emulate when you create your own waterfall. Try creating your waterfall as you can see in the woods or mountains.

There will be more successful in this way.
